Microsoft Outlook is used for send and receiving emails and is very easy to use. Even I use it for managing my emails. Yesterday the Outlook became unstable and it required re-installation. But I did not wanted to re-install it and then install it fresh because I did not wanted to lose all of my contact information (names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc.) stored inside the application. Is it possible to save all of your contact information and then load it all back into Outlook after reinstallation? Yes, it is possible.
It is very simple. Search your hard drive for outlook.pst and save it in your pendrive, hard drive or any other location that is convenient to you and archive.pst (in case you’re using AutoArchive). After the uninstall/reinstall, replace the newly created outlook.pst and archive.pst with the ones you saved. You are done.
