Step 1: Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0(or whatever version)\Reader\
Step 2: Move all files from the plug-ins folder to the optional folder. (Cut and Paste all the files and folders do not just copy)
You're done!! Now Acrobat Reader is as fast as a notepad
