I am really impressed by Taskbin application tool. It is a task manager which allows for multiple users to log onto the website, from anywhere in the world, and view tasks assigned to them, assign tasks to others, or view changes made. Its a very easy to use application and the registering process is very quick, once you have registered and logged in, you will find that its very quick to get used to and easy to use.It is a great site that offers an organizational boost to teamwork.All group members have their own to-do list, priorities, completed tasks, timetables, and access to the task bins of others in the group in this application. Everyone in the group stays on the same page. The site is easy to use and as simple as typing in the test box, clicking on a time and priority and pressing enter. By understanding the progress and priorities of team members, others can work wisely and collaborate in a more meaningful and structured way. Information such as time, date, who created the task, when it should be finished, and the progress helps everyone stay abreast of what is going on within the group and with specific projects, in other words audit feature is embedded in the application. Members can be a part of more than one group and can personalize their task bin. Every group members of TaskBin is shared with everyone else in the group and is organized by timeframe- today, tomorrow,this week,sometime Later, etc. It does not try to rule you or run your life with a calendar and an alarm clock !!!!
This site will only work if people are honest in their posted information which still requires other management techniques as well.
