Flixn have an online audio and video recording application done in Flash. One can record audio and video right from browser with their flash application and embed it anywhere on the web.
Using Flash, it interfaces directly with your webcam and allows you to record a message. By pressing the record button, a red REC will appear in the upper right corner to indicate it is recording, just like a digital camera or handy cam. When you're done, press stop and you can review your clip.
